Bump fast-json-patch and cdk8s-cli

Removes [fast-json-patch](https://github.com/Starcounter-Jack/JSON-Patch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [cdk8s-cli](https://github.com/awslabs/cdk8s). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `fast-json-patch`

Updates `cdk8s-cli` from 1.0.0-beta.5 to 1.2.92
