Bibliography: Add citations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The individual item page for each bibliographic entry should supply the option of creating a citation entry. If the viewer is using the bibliography for research, being able to quickly generate a citation for an article is of value. Having a link that provides the citation seems like a valuable feature.

Describe the solution you'd like
A citation link that would query Zotero for the citation entry for a specific bibliographic item. If possible, citation style should be changeable, we'd go with a default style and the returned entry would allow the user to select a different formatting.

A proof of concept for this feature is available on the staging site. Here's what the user interface currently looks like:

When the Citation link is selected the modal dialog comes up, Hugo queries Zotero for the current page's citation. Currently the citation is returned using the apa style.

Zotero can provide the citation in many different styles, standards such as apa and Chicago, and in addition IEEE. There are also styles specific for various (100s) of publications. I didn't see a generic ACM style. My thought here is to select a couple common styles, select one as default and allow the user to select a different style if desired.

Based on feedback from Wednesday's meeting, I made some update. The modal window now includes two panes, one showing the formatted text and the second the underlying html used to generate the text. There is a copy option for both. In addition, I've converted the View on Zotero and Citation links to buttons and placed them both at the bottom of the page:
