The Thurlby Thandar TTI PLP power supply series is a simple generic bench power.

Items that can be set include :

1. Output voltage.
2. Output current.
3. Output On/Off.
4. Voltage limit.
5. Current limit.

Device has an address based on whether there are 1 or 2 power supplies in the unit. This is mirrored in the IOC with an ADDRESS macro. Currently, ISIS only has single power supply units.
