Lakeshore 350

The Lakeshore 350 is a temperature controller which is very similar to the Lakeshore 336 - the 336 IOC should cater for it. Currently the OPI supports 2 control loops however an expansion card can be used to allow another 2 control loops to be used with the IOC.
