Where should I start

Hi,

I am looking into using gitversion in our projects.
I see there is a version 6.0.0 in development.
Should I start my evaluation with 6.0.0-beta.X (beta-7 at time of writing) or is it better for me to start with 5 and then upgrade once 6 is released?

I would say you can start using beta7 as we are almost features complete. We plan to have soon a first RC.

@arturcic There seems to be an issue with either my setup or the beta.

When I run init I get the following issue

Unhandled exception. System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Cannot find the .git directory

But that is not correct, I have .git folder

PS: I just renamed the beta to prevent name conflicts
