Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable not included in installer

I installed FMW on a Windows 10 installation which is on an old HDD. It was my only available option to write an ISO to a USB-HDD for reinstalling Fedora after the OS was somehow corrupted.

FMW wouldn't work until I manually installed MSVC++ redistribution.

The Windows installer should detect if this is installed, and suggest to fetch and install it if it is missing.
