Description
Hi there! 👋
I’m exploring this project and really love how it makes open‑source contributions more accessible. While going through the “Adding a new project” section, I felt some of the steps might be a little hard to follow for someone who’s new to the process.
For example, the instruction to “make sure you have at least three issues with the good first issue label” isn’t fully clear—new contributors might not know exactly what that means or how to do it.
It would be really helpful if the docs could:
- Explain each step in more detail, like what “issues with
good first issuelabel” actually involves - Include small examples, commands, or screenshots for each step
- Highlight common mistakes or things to watch out for
Right now, the section lists the steps, but without detailed guidance it could be confusing for beginners.
Adding a sub‑section like “Walk‑through: Adding a new project” with an example project and a simple checklist would make it much easier for newcomers to get started.
