Adds support for Prisma's custom generated client path

What does this PR do?

This adds support for instrumenting the prisma library when the generated client is placed outside of node_modules.
For example import { PrismaClient } from '../generated/prisma/client';

Note: This is still in draft form as some of the tests need to be changed to support this.

Motivation

Prisma supports the ability to generate the prisma client to a custom directory. This will be enabled by default in v7 of the prisma client.
