Is Pectra (EIP‑7702) planned for GoQuorum?

Hello,

I'm inquiring about the status of the Pectra hardfork (activated on Ethereum mainnet in May 2025) in GoQuorum. The last release doesn't mention any integration of Pectra EIPs (e.g., EIP-7702 for code delegation or RIP-7212 for signature verification).

Has Pectra been implemented in any branch or upcoming release ? If not, is there a roadmap for it?
