* Exclude stderr in editorconfig.

* Fix some warnings.

* Implement std::error::Error for Error.

* Implement jsonrpc client.

* Add returns attribute.

* Make client/server generation optional.

* Fix tests.

* Run rustfmt.

* Add local client.

* Export RpcChannel and RpcError.
