This pull request removes the azure-mgmt-hdinsightcontainers package from the Azure SDK for Python HDInsight service. The changes systematically delete all files associated with this package including source code, tests, samples, and configuration files.
- Removed the package from the CI/CD pipeline configuration

- Removed all test files (both sync and async variants)
- Deleted all sample files

HDInsightOnAKS service was retired on January 31, 2025; so the SDK for it is now useless and can be removed.
