Hey there,
We are seeing a webpage of "Please check back later - Error 1027" when syncing extensions to a new computer in Google Chrome, version 142.0.7444.61 and .135. The page states that "this website has been temporarily rate limited" and is pointing to a URL of otp.ee/chromeissues

We've been seeing this since 11/06/25 - is there anything that can be done to not get this page to launch when installing/syncing Chrome?

Hey there, checking back in - is there any way we can have someone check on this? We're planning on rolling out MFA using this extension in the very near future and want to know if we can solve this
